When you send an email to your customers through the MassMailer Outreach Wizard directly or from a Salesforce record, it all gets stored in the MassMailer Outreach Object.

MassMailer Outreach Wizard is a super simple and easy-to-use step-wise process that allows you to send emails to a targeted list of records of the specific object type selected.

Here is how it works:

• To begin with Outreach Wizard, you need to go to the MassMailer app and click on the ‘MassMailer Outreach Wizard’ tab. It then displays several navigational steps such as Target Audience, Outreach Campaign, etc.
• In the next step, you need to enter the value for your ‘Outreach Campaign Name’ or keep the default value.
• In the subsequent step, you need to select the target audience or object you want to send emails to, along with the respective list view you wish to choose from the drop-down list.

Here, you also have the option to either create a new list view or edit the existing list view.
